Help please - downloading problem encountered

Hey everyone, I encountered a problem when downloading stuff from this website. Firstly, after I download a file and try to extract it, a system message will appear saying Windows has blocked this file for protection. I tried to lower my security settings to no avail. I clicked on the way to unblock the file, and it states that firstly, i have to save the file and click the unblock setting in the file's properties. But, how do i save the file when i cant even save/select it? The files do not show after i downloaded it. Im using the latest window patches (XP). PLEASE assist

I think I had that bug to once. Maybe it helps if u dont change the site while dling. When the dl is ready, then u can change the site again (With changing I also mean a different page on this site)

Get a better zip program, like WinRar
