Manipulating Cooldowns

So I found this function:

• Unit - Reset ability cooldowns for (Triggering unit)

However, there doesn't seem to be any function for resetting a specific ability?
So, my question is simply; How do you reset the cooldown of a specific ability on a unit?
(Could you reset cooldown by removing and immidiatly adding the same ability again?)

Remember to save the level of the ability (if the ability has more than 1 level) before add/remove it to preserve its levels
