Problem with cooldown resetting on its own

I just created a trigger and for whatever reason.. it automatically cools my ability down. The ability is never removed, never set to a level. But this trigger does add spells and refers to this spell that keeps resetting when converting integer to real. but never told specifically to reset cooldowns.. Anyone know whats going wrong?

Youre probably using A Unit Begins Casting An Ability then artificially stopping the ability somehow, like ordering the unit to "stop".
