I've finally learned how to model, made a few and uploaded them but I still can't animate. Can anyone link me a tutorial that's very simple and easy to follow on how to add animations and/or make them from scratch in milkshape? (I have looked at this one http://homepage.eircom.net/~abyrne/Models/model9/tutorials_tut09.htm but it dosent seem to work when I try doing it with an actual model attached to the bones...)

+ rep to any tut links or info.

this tutorial is really good, go to part 2 after it's done https://www.hiveworkshop.com/forums...lp-122534/?prev=search=Warden.blp&d=list&r=20

animations (or at least on milkshape i think..) are just one whole sequence (crazy, i thought so too) but within this whole sequence will be your animations (stand, attack, etc) you just need to write what frames compose an animation and its name. read this post and you'll get it http://www.wc3c.net/showthread.php?t=86308

Thx for the 2nd link but the first one is just a model...?
Still need some more links.
