Looking for someone to make these abilities for me in the data editor.

Skill one - Bloody spin

Deals damage equal to one attack with + 15 / 25 / 35 / 45% base damage to targets around self while dealing 6% of max health damage to self on every activation. Does not impede movement when activated. Magic immunity during the duration of the spin. Increases movement speed by 2% each time the spin hits a target.

Each use of this ability consumes 1 charge. 1 charge is restored every 5 seconds. Maximum of 1 / 2 / 3 / 4 charges.

Skill two - Bloodwalk

Toggles Bloodwalk to self and grants an additional 10 / 25 / 40 / 55% to move speed, while dealing 20 / 30 / 45 / 60 damage per second to self. Magic immunity from bloody spin cancels out health during the duration of the spin to prevent massive health loss. If she is in the state "Sanguine," Bloodwalk heals instead of damages for the duration of effect, but only heals for 10 / 20 / 35 / 50

Skill three - Sadism

Ariyaus revels in the pain of those around her. Damage increased by 0.2 / 0.3 / 0.4 / 0.5 for every 1% Health missing from all enemy heroes in an AoE of 600. Maximum bonus of +75 damage. Enemy heroes that die in this radius heal Ariyaus 5 / 10 / 15 / 20% of max health.

Ultimate - Punishment

Deals damage based off of how much health Ariyaus has lost. Amount of health lost x .4 / .6 / .9 = Physical Damage done. If target dies, blood splatters in an AoE of 600, healing all allies (Self included) for 20% of damage done and Reaver enters "Sanguine" state. Damage is capped at 1100.

Cooldown: 120 / 110 / 100
Mana Cost: 175
Sanguine: Bloodwalk heals instead of damages, lasts 5 seconds.
