Right. I'm looking for someone who's good at writing AI. It's for the Magic the Gathering map (see my signature). In essence it's 5 different AIs, one for each player colour.
Not sure what information an AI writer needs to decide whether or not the project is a viable one for him/her, but if the MTG project sounds interesting to you, please respond.
