[General] Looking for an auto translation tool

Hello, I'm looking for a tool that will change all text into english on a map. The map i am currently editing / trying to revive has english abilities in-game but all of the default abilities and all of the default decorations ETC are in either Korean Or Japanese which slows down editing and adding new content considerably. If anyone knows of a tool that can do this i'd be very much appreciative!

I have a friend who had something for this but he had to shut it down because it used google translate API which is paid.
