little help making a spell

i want a spell that can the following:

when targeting a enemie. drain its hit points by 79 or when the enemie is a hero. drain 2 of its primary attribute for 10 sec and damage the hero by 36.

when targeting a friendly unit. restore 56 hit points or when the unit is a hero. restore 31 hit points and give 3 points to its primary attribute.

cannot cast on self.

i may add more spells if i want here sooner or later.

It's rather a request. Not really a problem. There's a thread where you can request spells btw.

That is definitely a request... All of that really just involves lots of different conditions to decide whether the target is an Ally or not. Not sure how to the timer but I don't think it's too complicated.
