Half-Life. Call of Duty had it great until Modern Warfare. World at War was pretty good thought.

i actually loved the first modern warfare... but MW2 kinda sucked... made me mad a lot... halo 1 was incredible.. 2 was also good... 3, odst, and reach are kinda blah... and i never really got into half life... medal of honor is like one of the first fps i played.. but compared to all those its sadly in last

Halo, only reason why I own a Xbox 360.
Halo: Reach totally blew me away, just as the rest of the games.

Call of Duty 1 and 2 was awesome, rest is epic failure.

Medal of Honor, of course, the first game was revolutionery, but the new games sucks.

Half-Life, I've never been a huge fan of the franchises so I got no comment.

Edit
@ Geazergimli2, how can you not like Halo: Reach?! D:
