- cap will check at the end of every wave, and any lumber above cap will remove from game.








LegionTD Mega is base on Legion TD War 1.50c (by LISK), he quit Warcraft 3 and left the map for anyone to continue development.

for this version (Mega), it will be X3 mode only, so I can spent more time to balance the map for X3 mode.

Primary Mode:
  • -AP : All Pick - All players can pick any race.
  • -AP : All Random - All players are given a random race.
  • -SD : Single Draft - All players are given 2 random races to choose.
  • -HP : Host Pick - host pick a race, every given same race as host.
Secondary Mode:
  • -mm : Master Mind - Restricted vision on enemy's map and information.
  • -hg : Hour Glass - Receive gold for enemy leaks (that reach the King).
  • -gg : Get Gold - Receive gold from kills at middle (near king).
  • -cb : Change Builder - You can pay to change to a new builder.
  • -li : Limit Incomer - Pure income is disabled untill lvl10+.
  • -X3 : 3 Time - more creeps spawn
Default Mode: if you don't enter mode in 15 seconds after game start, it will use "-aphgggmmcbx3" as defualt mode.

Quick Mode: if mode string is 3 characters long, it will use Quick Mode. eg "-ap"

- Mana regen aura : 3% -> 5% (eg, if you have 30mana, it will add +1.5 mana/second)

Shadow:
- Nightmare/Doppleganster tank better (light -> unarmored)

Nature:
- Tree of Knowledge's AoE spell limit to 15 target

Demi:
- Alpha Male: reduce spell animation (almost instantly cast)

Orc:
- Poison cannot kill creep (will leave it with 1hp)

Goblin:
- Goblin's driver will elf-destructive when die ( same effect as small/medium land mine)

Creep:
- level 22, 28 is slightly easier (around 5-10% easier)
- 17,18,23,24,25,26,27 is harder

Summon:
- correct shortcut key for Pudge & shaman
- Add new summon: Infernal (1000 Lumber, melee, Bash, Burning AOE)
- Behemouch changes: add +3 armor aura
- Krakken changes: add healing aura (+4 hp AOE)

Arena:
- Level 10 Arena = 1x free Turtle.

- Unit/Turtle won't move untill fight start

There's something wrong with the W3MMD stats.

I just had a game (Beta 4) and had a score of 601 when the bonus rounds started. I checked all the values in my database and it says score 528. Something went wrong here and I think it's not a bot issue. Please take a look into it. I can supply a replay if needed.

Round 34: If you kill just a few, move your king into a corner and get circled by Round34 units, you will survive longer, as DOOM has not enough range to attack "over" round 34 units and it can't pass those units, as they already circle the king without any "holes in the circle". Round 34 hardly does ANY damage to the king.

Scenario was like that:
Team 1: 3 player, each ~20000 value (all hybrid)
Team 2: 3 player, 2x ~15000, 1x ~20000 (all hybrid)

Team 1 killed all but 3 units of round 34, DOOM came, a few hits, 2 heals, dead.
Team 2 killed just a few of 34, ~10-15 units left, DOOM running around, not reaching/attacking king, no heals, still a lot hp, win.

Can't be in my opinion that the by far better team, which killed more units, loses the game so clearly.

First of all I want to thank you for creating this awesome map, I've been playing it very often in the last few months. I came here with a little question about the gamemodes as I mostly play this map offline (Singleplayer) and I'm looking for new challenges. How to enable the x1 creep spawn mode, whatever mode I fill in I can only play the x3 creep spawn. Would like to know what mode selection command I need or how to change to it via debug mode.

I wish someone with knowledge could ever give a game back in the upgrade re-roll of the prophet who was removed from the game and renaming the game for Legion TD Mega 3.5 (B6).

Because they already have a fake version of the B5

exactly, prophet can not do hero, but in exchange has him re-roll, now in b4 you have to spend 100 wood to build the exchange and has no more re-roll, bullshit

When game starts, modes appear, and submodes, read carefully about them, it's all there.

PS: The old profet, the one with 5 re-rolls, as "race" profet.

Horrible mode selection: If you're too fast or too slow the correct mode won't come. I suggest to do a change here.

Also I suggest to remove the miss chance when attacking upper hill(east side has an unfair bonus in arena).


It is possible to change miss chance from the setting ? I will check it out.

that quick mode is for beta so everyone play -ap mode to try out new heros system. it will change back to normal 15 seconds on final release.

Why irritate players? About 10 to 20 percent of my games fails because of this poorly designed mode select. I strongly suggest you to fix the problem. Either yo put it to 15 seconds which I don't suggest. There are many other ways to make the mod select. Here's probably the best way:

Create a building for player 1 which has some abilities(modes). This way you can select mods very quickly too, if not even faster. New players can check what mods do very easily as the abilities can hold up to 1000 letters. So in other words, this is good for masters and for new players.

Someone could animate and finish this version of the Legion now to 3.6, so that staff do not be downloading other maps already overly fake in the HuanAk abondonou the game, it is essential to have the re-roll of the prophet.

The players are playing the b3 version pq has not reroll the prophet, here in rooms of Brazil, so playing mode hp-prophet

Me and my brother wanted to turn off 3x so we could focus less on defending the normal waves and more on sending sh*t at each other. but I can not find a command to turn 3x off. Is 3x the new x1 and no one bothered to take the command completely out?

This map is bugged as Huan dirty ass.
First of all, when you use Unstuck on enemy's forse's or Wisp's, they run on middle and tp on king instantly, or if it wisp's, it will run away from harvesting.
Next, is embarrassing imba fix old race's, Huan just kill all old race's.
What? You want more? My time is money. You aproved this shit. You fuking ass hole's.

Changes in this update include balance adjustments, improvements to antistuck and -ns, the Prophet re-roll is back, and a couple of other things. You can read the full list of changes at the end of this post.

HuanAK passed the map on to me, shortly before he left to pursue other activities. Sadly, I just havn't had time to work on it. I've been tied up with other Legion TD related projects and also, you know, real life.

But I've recently had some great help from Kongk to finally put together an update for the beta. I fixed some of the technical stuff, but he pretty much took care of the rest.

We'll try to keep the ball rolling now and keep those updates coming every once in a while.

A really big thank you to:

- Many Clan UC members for providing valuable feedback and suggestions.
- HighestIncome for providing a large and useful list of suggested changes.


Changelog for Beta 5

Towers:
* Wandigoo -- Increased HP from 750 to 850.
* Darkpriest -- Increased attack speed from 0.82 to 0.75.
* Ascendant -- Reduced HP from 1450 to 1400.
* Blood Raider/Harbringer -- Reduced upgrade cost from 150g to 140g.
* Harlot/Mistress -- Increased attack speed from 1.05 to 0.95 for both Harlot and Mistress.
* Meat Wagon, War Maschine and Dwarven Engineer -- Made "splash" ability work on Air units too (area of effect slightly reduced though).
* Zombie and The Butcher -- Zombie damage increased to 75-80. Range of the Butcher's cloud increased to 200.
* Leviathan -- Made smaller. Upgrade cost is now 280 instead of 265. Attack speed increased to 1.6. Range increased to 280.

* Ranger -- Made "Vulture Eye" ability have critical strike on all units, not just air.
* Thunderbird -- Increased attack speed from 1.8 to 1.3. Decreased damage from 120-132 to 100-115. (DPS increased about +16)
* Hades -- Increased upgrade cost from 350g to 360g.
* Tree of Knowledge -- Forbidden Fruit area of effect will now only affect 12 enemies instead of 15.

Summons:
* Frost Wolf -- Reduced attack speed from 0.7 to 0.8.
* Warlock -- Reduced Corruption's armor reduction from 4 to 3.
* Gargoyle -- Increased attack range from 250 to 260.
* Kraken -- Reduced "Healing aura" heal from 10 HP/s to 9 HP/s.

Wave Changes:
* Creeps on lvl 20 and after lvl 30 have Chaos damage and Unarmored defense.

Gameplay Changes:
* Endgame Barracks added.
* Antistuck, ability removed from ALL builders (except on arena rounds).
* Antistuck, new automatic system added.
* Hero system disabled for now.
* Arena terrain has been made flat and even.
* Prophet re-roll works again as it did in Beta 3.
* Mercenary available when player value becomes too low.

Modes:
* -PH mode added. This is a new mode where you can either pick Prophet or Hybrid builder.
* -PH shortcut added for -phmmhgggcbns.
* -NS modified so that extra lumber automatically gets spent in barracks.
* -NS limit changed to 80 from level 1 to 8, and then "10 x level" from level 9 and up.
* -NS added to default mode and all mode shortcuts.
* -LI mode removed from all mode shortcuts.

Other:
* W3MMD, "leaked" from Beta 4 is missing, but this will get fixed in a later version.

Known issues:
* Hybrid -- Fighter sometimes disappears if you start building it just before round starts.
* Summons -- Summon sometimes disappear if you send it just before round starts.
* Endgame - Creeps teleport instead of walking to King on the first wave after boss.

The antistuck glitch at level 31 was a pretty serious bug, so I put together a quick fix for that. This update also includes some changes that Kongk have been working on.


Changelog for Beta 6

Towers:
* Mudman Cooldown decreased to 1.1.

Summons:
* Stock Replenish delay decreased for Infernal and Demon.
* Decreased Stock Maximum from 3 to 2 for all summons in "Barracks".
* Maximum Stock reduced to 1 and Stock Replenish delay strongly increased for Milita, Bowman, Ghoul and Warrior after level 9. This will prevent people from massing.
* Fixed summons placements problem in Endgame Barracks.
* Endgame Barracks made bigger.
* Furbolg nerfed and lumber cost increased (priority slightly increased as well).
* Ancient Tree of Destruction buffed and lumber cost reduced to 2000.

Modes:
* NS limits adjusted. The new limits are as follows:
-- level 0-8 = lumber 80
-- level 8-20 = lumber 10 x level
-- level 20+ = lumber 200

Antistuck:
* Antistuck teleport glitch has been fixed and the system made more robust.
* Added new antistuck mechanism that checks all creeps every 5 seconds. If not moving, they are told to get a move on.

Anyone has changelogs from 3.41 towards those 3.5 beta versions? Most players still play 3.41and you can't expect them to move to this version without giving them the full changelog. All you can get is ruined UC bot...

I am happy to hear that the development of the legion td map goes on.
Played b6 twice now but both times it crashed WC3, once in round 7 once in 9 with nothing unusual around. I have no issues with b4 or other common wc3 maps.

Happy to hear that it's appreciated, and thanks for the feedback.

I havn't received any other reports of crashing, yet, but I'll keep an eye out for that. If there is a real problem, then we should try to pinpoint it and fix it.

Are you playing from a Mac computer? There are things (such as certain "icons" for upgrades/towers/etc.) that can cause crashes on Mac, and we havn't tested for that. Those issues are easy to fix though.

The level/round information is useful, thanks, as is the indication that the problem seems to be related to this specific map version.

Did the game crash in 1) the building phase, 2) while fighting in your own area, or 3) while fighting down at middle near King?

There is an "antistuck teleport" failsafe system that runs at exactly 120 seconds after a round has started and the fighting begun. So let's say that there is a bug with that, then it would happend at a time where you are engaged in fighting at middle.

The worst bugs are those that happend rarely, randomly and without any apparent relationship to something specific.

Anyhow. If anybody experiences problems, please report it and provide as much information as possible about the circumstances. Thank you!

Just found one more thing to be fixed in this version and I believe nobody else noticed that one yet. While -ns mode is on, after round is over and creeps get sent automatically, if your lumber is above the limit, income doesn't get changed on leaderboard until you increase it by sending yourself or upgrading king, but income integer does get changed and you do get bigger income. I guess you just need to add action to run leaderboard trigger after "no saving trigger" finishes its action.

Got two more things to tell you about B6.
First of all, just give goblin blasters their old overclock back (40%), and if you want to nerf them, make them by 10 gold more expensive like you did to Hades. I mean seriously, few days ago I leaked like 10 on levels 5 and 6 with 2 upgraded blasters (800 value), no matter I didn't had more sends than 1 archer or militia. Freaking Wandigoos are way better than that now.
The most annoying thing for me are the last 2 waves on level 31. The wave with lawa spawn units has too much HP and too low DPS, so the team which kills more of these always loses game on final boss wave, because the other team has those lawa spawns blocking final bosses and prevents them from killing king in 2-3 seconds.

Some balance adjustments and other changes. Mercenary and -li removed completely. Prophet re-roll starts at 50 lumber.

The B7 got pulled quickly after initial testing and the B8 fixes a number of serious bugs that got introduced in B7.

This B8 version seems to work okay though.

King heal (Holy Lights) has been removed by default and replaced with HP compensation. You can still play the old way by adding -kh (King Heal) to the mode.

Added a new mode -nc (No Crossing). It works by simply reducing the available build area, so that the middle area is evenly split between the top and bottom players, with no overlap (sort of).

The -mm mode has been removed and fog is now part of the game per default. Use -df (Disable Fog) to remove the fog.

All the combined short modes (-gm -gc -gl -cl) have been removed, as they are no longer needed.

B10 fixed some bugs that got introduced in B9. There are still some known issues with B10, but we'll have those fixed in B11.

Towers:
* Dwarven engineers -- Lowered splash effect.
* Dragon Aspect -- Changed price to 340 gold.
* Guardian of Death -- Changed price to 300 gold and lowered damage (base) to 105.
* Goblin's Beast -- Changed price to 170 gold and buffed ability (Goblin Armor).
* Wolverine -- Finishing Blow's percentage increased to 15%.
* Aqua Spirit -- Increased HP to 175.
* Phantom and Hellraiser -- Made them Unarmored instead of Light Armored.
* Ancient Wandigoo -- Decreased cost to 235 gold.
* Nightcrawler -- Replaced old ability with Necromancy and decreased attack speed to 0.60 (may need further balancing).

Waves:
* Nerfed level 32 and 33.
* Buffed level 25, 26, 27, 28 and 29 a bit.

Gameplay:
* 16th lumberjack, increased cost to 500 gold and research time to 50 secs.
* Moved the "enemies alive" counter into the King HP board.
* Removed all combined short modes (-gm -gc -gl -cl).
* Removed -mm mode, and fog is now on by default.
* Added mode -df (Disable Fog). As name suggests, does the opposite of -mm.
* Added mode -nc (No Cross builds). Prevents players from performing cross build tactic.
* Added shortcut -ent, will set -phggcbkh.
* New mode added: -kh (King Heals). There are no Holy Lights on builders unless you play -kh.
* Games without -kh has HP compensation on King:
-- Level 5: +500 x (number of players in your team)
-- Level 10: +500 x (number of players in your team)
-- Level 15: +1500 x (number of players in your team)
-- New maximum King HP is 28000.

Bugs:
* Fixed tooltip for Gnoll Warrior.
* Fixed tooltip for Ogre Basher.
* Fixed tooltip for Hydra and Mini Hydra.
* Fixed tooltip for Spawn of Dragon
* Fixed a lot of other tooltips (thank you NERV, for a detailed list).
* Fixed description for Shadow race.
* Fixed description for Necrolyte's Summoned Archer.
* Fixed mistake on the list of secondary modes.
* Fixed some wrong information with -info and -next commands.
* Fixed end game scoreboard, was showing 7/15 lumber when it should be 7/16.



Changelog for Beta 10

Bugs:
* Removed bonus armor for towers on middle green grass (it should be creeps only).
* Fixed a bug with gold bonuses on kills.
* Possibly reduced lag a little bit while fixing the above.

We have greatly simplified the mode commands in Beta 11.

Everything default is included in the primary modes, and the shortcuts have been removed. So a mode like -apggcbns is now completely included in the primary mode -ap.

To turn off -gg, you'd have to use the new -ng (No Gold) mode. Same thing goes for the other modes.

And the -ns and -kh have been combined into a new -os (Old School) mode which disables -ns and enables -kh.

All this might sound rather confusing right now for existing players. But it will be easier to deal with in the long run, and easier to understand for new players as well.

To clarify, the new list of modes are as follows:

Also, as reported by the Ministry of Silly Walks, there was some issues with unit pathing (movement). That should be fixed now.

Towers:
* Meat Wagon -- Decreased attack speed to 1.15.
* Guardian of Death -- Decreased attack speed to 1.3.

Gameplay:
* Both kings now get the same random ability at the same time.

Modes:
* Modes have been greatly simplified, with shortcuts removed and the primary modes now including everything that needs to be default.
* Primary modes include the behaviour of the old -mm -gg -cb -ns -hg modes (that no longer exist).
* You can use these new secondary modes to override default behaviour:

Is this map dead? I used to play it so much and I wonder now cause i wanna start playing again....

It's still a top 5 most played map on Battle.net. You can look for public lobbies @ makemehost.com/games.php or entgaming.net/forum/games.php

The ENT hosted ones connect to some GArena servers, yhough I have such little knowledge of GArena.

It's just that this version doesn't get a lot of traffic.

I've been busy with real life.

For what it's worth, we've actually been working and testing these last couple of weeks, preparing to release B12 at long last.

But hey, better late than never, right :)

The last "stable" beta version was B8 due to some annoying bugs in B10 and B11. We want to make sure that B12 is nice and playable.

* Guardian -- Increased attack speed to 1.25.

* All players gets an extra farm at Level 10 (extra farm does not increase your amount of food until upgraded).
* Wisps are no longer capable of building farms.

Bugs:
* Fixed unit movement issues.
* Fixed various tooltip bugs (thanks goes to NERV for providing a detailed list).
* Fixed cripple ability (wasn't affecting summons).
* Fixed warrior bug (chance to stun was 25% and stuns were affecting king).
* Various changes to reduce lag.

Other:
* Some minor adjustments in "Quest" tab.

Regarding ENT, the players over there prefer the old 3.41 map, and I respect that, but that also means that I don't engage much with that particular community.

Other people are hosting the new map though, so you should be able to find someone to play it with.
