Lategame Citystate Events

Okay, so I have a idea for 4 late game city state events, all decently spread out, that add a new unit to the city states mainspawns, so they aren't so weak lategame.

Currently this is the units

Ogre Ironbreaker: High Hp, High Armor, and pulverize. Slow attack speed.

Pigman Shaman: Low Hp, Low Armor, a feedback attack, as well as healing ward. Medium attack speed.

Dwarven Steam Tank: High Hp, High Armor, High Attack, Low Attack Speed.

Naga Cleaver: Hero Damage, Medium hp, Medium Armor, Medium attack speed, and cleaving attack.*Amphibious unit*
