Just some random "Newb" question..(maybe)

I know how to do spells but i dont know how to change what they do. Im not talking about damage and stuff. I mean like making a Holy Light spell summon chains (like in the HLW RoC 3.0). Or the spell Fury(getting these from HLW RoC.) It lets the caster attack much much faster and move faster once its activated. I do not know how to change what the spells do. Unless they change how its USED. Then, im just a stupid idiot.

They probably used trigger enchanted spells, I could be wrong though, might have misunderstood your description.

Yes, if there isn't already a spell wthin the game that has those abilities then you would use triggers to create the spells desried effect. It's called Trigger Enhanced Spells. Meaning spells that use triggers to control what they do.

For the fury thing you can just to Bloodthirst, if its on hero make it hero ability(change it from False to True) then do levels and stuff.

The chain on holy light you can just use Healing Wave and remove lighting effects, change model when its used to the holy light thing and change the icon.
