I found a game called Requiem:Memento Mori... Actually, I already seen the game in-development called Requiem and Memento mori in this site...
Do you think that two games is connected with each other ?? Because they have the same graphics...

Well, Requiem: Memento Mori was released in 2008. It is just a coincidence. 'Requiem' and 'Memento Mori' are pretty common (no offense to the authors, I just mean that it is likely a coincidence).

As for the two authors, they have different IP's. To answer your question, no.
