JASS Editor won't start after the latest patch (1.28.5.7680)

So my Problem is that every time I try to launch JASS editor (I downloaded it from this site) it says 'Could not redirect Create File A' this never happend before, it started as I was updating the game to patch 1.28.5.7680. I searched for this problem on other sites and on this site but no one seems to have the problem, besides me, please help me.

do you use the newest version of sharpcraft, it got an update shortly after warcraft 1.28.5 patch was released?
The wex folder contains an readme containing this information.
Newest version is: SharpCraft WEX Bundle v0.1.2.9.

Well I've never used sharpcraft < , I never had to
