Jass Code for Individual Image Filters

I would like JASS code so i can have a Image Filter go off that only appears for a single player so the other players dont get the same filter at the same time. For example in Left 4 Dead a Boomer Vomits on you and you get the blinding Bile effect on your screen. But the others dont get the blinding effect if they dont get vomitted on.
