Splat filter

can anyone create a image with the same as splatt! effect in filter but the text goes as NEXT WAVE or INCOMING WAVE. this is actually for my zombie survival game, every wave gets more zombie spawn but imagine that after each wave im using only splatt! filter. lol right?

actually it doesnt have to be totally the same as splat effect, you can add more blood and etc, but refrain from covering the whole screen.

lastly, there are lots of zombie games in warcraft, someone might already requested this filter so if ever there is already an open source, kindly post the link, thanks

Just in case no one makes this, you can change the "High Upkeep" text to say "Incoming Wave", and no upkeep to be blank, then change food for all players at round start.
