Yep.. I need to set the prices of items, so that they're balanced. I"m making custom items, so some of them increase damage, some increase armor, others increase stats and so on, but I don't know how to balance their prices.

For example how much is 1 point of damage worth? How much is 1 point of armor worth? 10 Bonus Health? 20 Bonus Mana? So on.

So I need your ideas on how to set constant values of price for each item bonus so I could make the item prices uniform and balanced.

It depends on how much gold you give to the players.

It is really up to you to decide.

    So....

How fast thus players acquired gold?

I recommend study DOTA and LOL economy. Then how items are priced based on it.

For example, DOTA items cost more because creeps gives more gold.
