[Spell] Item ignored cooldown!!?

i make an item that done by Trigger.

i make a bannish inside the item and then test it.... the skill casted correctly , Trigger work well, manacost also no any problem but...

The item ignored cooldown time!? means the item without any cooldowns just required mana to cast.

I checked many times about the Trigger , Item and the Ability.

Is there any reason will cause this bug?

Yea, the ability is at the second slot of the list , but not fixed when i change it to top

Items has cooldown group. Set it to the active ability.

The problem may come from the trigger if you are pausing the caster or giving him an order (or moving him). You should show us it.

By the way, can you still use the item twice quickly or is there still a cooldown (only not displayed)?

Not Displayed<< i get that problem from another item...

It's just as rulerofiron99 said : the top ability must be an active ability. If it is a passive, the mana cost and cooldown are not displayed.
