Well, ill give it a shot. Take note that these items have little to no random effect, to emphasize on skill rather than luck. Crappy tooltips here. All of this are sort of recipe items. Here they are:
1. Hydras Bite - This blade was said to be made out of a giant fang of a hydra, which contained all of its might and strength. Gives the holder bonus Health Regeneration, Attack Damage and a Poison Attack.
2. Life Orb - A mystical orb which is said to contain the essence of life. Gives the holder bonus Health, Mana and replenishes the holders Health and Mana whenever they level up. Additionally, casting this makes the holder unable to die for a short duration.
3. Soulflayer - Also known as the Ghostblade, this scythe allows its holder to rip a portal to the ethereal plane. Gives its holder bonus Attack Speed, Armor and allows its holder to banish the target unit into the Ethereal Plane, slowing it and making it take more damage from spells, but be unharmed by attacks. The banishes unit regains its speed over time. The holder can be banished as well.
4. Nimbus Staff - A duplicate of the staff which was carried by the legendary Monkey King which was eventually lost forever in the past. The staff has been duplicated time after time, but none has been in par with the level of craftsmanship with the original Nimbus Staff. Grants its holder bonus Attack Speed, Attack Damage and Nimbus Strikes, which makes your attacks not miss for the cost of mana per attack. Can be toggled on or off.
5. Shortshield Buckler - A very small but sturdy shield, which requires skill to use. Gives the holder bonus Armor. Additionally, it increases the Armor bonus per attack evaded. Casting this item would make the holder block all incoming attacks for a short duration. 65 second cooldown.
6. Moonlight Sweeper - A long blade forged under the moonlight of *insert a fancy moon name here*. Gives its holder bonus Attack Damage, Health Regeneration and Cleave (35-50% cleave, maybe). Casting this item doubles the cleaving passive for a short duration. Has a cooldown of 10 seconds.
7. Eastern Scepter - The most coveted heirloom in the Cult of *insert fancy cult name here*, it is said to contain the spirit of a great tornado. It has been continuously stolen and obtained by magi, but it always seems to return to its original owners. Gives its holder bonus Mana Regeneration and Magic Resistance. It also has Coveted Winds, which adds a Coveted Winds buff to the killer. The buff amplifies all damage dealt by its original owner only, until it dies or until it debuffs itself.
8. Gravit Blade - A blade forged by a legendary smith at a heart of a dying volcano. It was said to kill its maker when he tested its edge. Gives the holder bonus Attack Damage and Gravity Strike, which makes its attacks lower the evasion, accuracy and critical chance of the holders enemies.
9. Bloodlust Pendant - An amulet which was possessed by the death shamans of the *insert a fancier name of a place here*. It grants its holder unparalleled fervor. Gives the holder bonus Attack Speed, Movement Speed and zero unit collision. Additionally, casting this ability removes all buffs, including positive buffs, from your holder.
10. Fury of the Ancients - An axe which is only spoken on legends and myths. Looking at its edge is said to hurt the looker. Gives its holder bonus Attack Damage and Armor Destruction, dealing additional pure (ignores armor) damage, according to the attacked units armor.
11. Ghostwalker - A cloak. Not just a regular cloak, but a fire-proof one! Gives its holder bonus Evasion and Magic Resistance. Additionally, if its holder does not move for 2 seconds, they become invisible, but become visible when moving again.

12. Archstone - A stone known to also be the "Heart of the Mountain", which contained the essence of the earth. It makes its holder better attuned with the sounds of the world and its surroundings. Gives bonus Health Regeneration, Mana Regeneration and Sapling, which plants a tree sapling which saps the health of any nearby enemies by a small amount. It also has limited vision. Lasts for a long duration.
13. Ancient Relic - A relic which tells the stories of old, how the world was born, created and inhabited. Unfortunately, it is written in ancient Elvish manuscript. Gives the holder bonus Mana, Mana Regeneration and Amplify. Amplify is an autocast skill which when casted, reduces the attacked units Armor and Magic Resistance. Can stack up to 4 times with a duration of 5 seconds per stack.
14. Crownguard - A breastplate forged by a kings most elite guards in order to protect his crown. Only a few can penetrate its sheer defensive capabilities. Gives its holder bonus Armor and Health. It also increases its holders Health Regeneration by a small percent of his maximum health (0.3 - 1.5%).
15. Solar Locket - A locket containing a light which is dazzling and as hot as the sun itself. Gives its holder bonus Health Regeneration and when casted, it slows the target unit for a short duration, and they slowly regain their speed over time.
16. Fiendish Tome - Considered as the holy grail of demonic arts, the Fiendish Tome gives its holder unparalleled knowledge of the darker arts when read. Gives its holder bonus Mana Regeneration, Magic Resistance. It has Demonic Mind, which when you deal spell damage to an enemy unit, they cannot heal and are slowed for a short duration, which does not stack. It also has Necromastery, which when you kill an enemy, all nearby enemies are slowed and take more damage from spells.
17. Nine Sided Die - A die (dice) which unusually nine sides. Preferred by your regular gamblers. Gives its holder increased luck, which boosts the passive bonuses of items, excluding this one, and Lucky Side, which gives them a 10% chance to heal 10% of their health, every 9 seconds. When casted to an enemy unit, the holder rolls it. If they get 1, they kill themself. If they get a number from 2 - 4, they get damaged. If they get 5, they roll again. If they get a number from 6 - 8, they damage the target unit, and if they get nine, they kill the unit. Has a 95 second cooldown.
18. Codex of Nothingness - A book whose pages contain nothing. Ultimately nothing. Gives its holder nothing. When casted to an enemy unit, they are stopped and told to do nothing for half a second (can interrupt channeled spells). Has a 12 second cooldown.
