Okay, my conclusion is :
Stop this project and start with a new fresh project that not copy from other console games

So far as I have seen, Ideas are pretty much excuse to sue someone! If we think it logically and you have played enough games to notice it, Blizzard's games for example are a copycat gameplay from lot of old style RPG games like Might and Magic 6! Its just that you have to add something extra in the gameplay to "cover" it. Another big example is that game Asteroids. Look at the game Star Sonata 2 on google and tell me that it doesnt feel like Asteroids. The thing is that the gameplay in that game evolved so much above, that it can manage to cover the idea as its own... Probably example could as well be Diablo 2 to Sacred:Underworlds(story changed, its 3D, and not claimed as being related to diablo!)... Im still not sure how this copyright crap still works with the idea stuff, but in my opinion all the ideas are pretty much the same and they evolved. Just get the idea, improve it and its story should definitely be changed to cover things up, as those companies are doing! Maybe Im just wrong, I dont know. But thats how I see things this days.

In my world, ideas are limited.So sometimes, we really can't say a game is copied from another one and it just like recycle (change from an old one to another new one that is abit different).You were right not wrong !
