Is Warcraft III (Not Reforged) still on the run?

As stated by the title, I have seen countless of Warcraft Reforged models, skin, or even maps stuff going on circulating in the website. Is the not reforged version still on the run? If so, please let me know, so that I can decide whether I'd install it or not.

Yes, the current version is still quite buggy, and still missing alot of features that was part of the original classic (like cheats for testing maps...). Also there is classic mode in Reforged so you will still be seeing new classic models and skins around, and because Reforged models are much harder to develop (high poly, mutiple textures/texture maps).
