like the title, anyway to control actual music and sound volume of players in game? not the sub channel music/sound volume but that actual scroll bar within wc that controls volumes.

I don't think so... it wouldn't even make sense if you could.
AFAIK, you can only change music volume via action in the SOUND category, but i think it doesn't move the music volume bar in user's setup
