Is there any way around world editor lag?

There's actually more to this than just the brush list.

I've found that disabling the minimap removes the periodic animation lag of the editor. Combined with removed brush list, this makes the editor lightning fast even after thousands of doodads. You're welcome!

There's no way to make the object editor itself faster, though. But you can always LUA-generate your object data (that's what I do).
