Technically there is. In theory one could write code to convert a current map to be compatible with a legacy version of Warcraft III. If someone has actually written code to do this is another question.
Have you checked JassHelper's backup folder within "..\Documents\Warcraft III\JassHelper\backups"? Every time you save a map, a new copy of it is stored there.
