It this is on the topic of Irukas abilities, it is quite simple to list them. He could have a special kunai throw or fan of knives ability, Illusion clone technique, a disciplinairy strike(Since he does train academy students) and as well as an ultimate the grand fireball technique(since most chunin in Konoha supposively know the ability...)

He obviously wouldn't be much of a power house, but still he'd be a new idea added to a Naruto based game...
