Inverting the Screen

You know that cool effect that inverts the colors of the screen, well for a move on my upcoming map ultimate anime arena, i want to make it so that the screen will invert, the rest of the move i can do on my own. Can i make like a fade filter or something like that which will invert the screen?? someone please tell me

Well, not really. You can take a screen shot of the place you want to invert colors and then invert them in photoshop to use as a fade filter, but that's only good if your map is fixed at that place and there are no movable objects. On the other hand if you fill the area with destructibles you could change their color, but that won't look nice either.
