Question: Tweaking Game Camera for 'Underwater' effect.

I'm not entirely sure if it is possible, but here's what I have/need:

1) HAVE: Made spots of the terrain under the water walkable via Invisible Platforms.
2) HAVE: Linked the underwater platforms to land so units can just walk in.
3) NEED: A setup to tint the screen once the player moves his/her hero underwater.
4) NEED: "Bumping" The camera so that it moves underwater so the players can still see in 'deep water'.
5) NEED: Set the camera height to keep the hero in screen (I figure it would be based on either the unit's Z position or the terrain height).


Once this is figured out, it wouldn't be too hard to figure how to invert it and add a breath timer so that the players can explore underwater on a whim.

Only problem I see with this is the lack of "swimming".
