Underwater effect ON A REGION. SOLVED.

Hello. I am seeking help to the underwater effect. I have looked upon some guides but it is for the whole map. So is it possible that the underwater effect is only on a region? Thanks in advance!

Well, the underwater effect is mostly just changing the fog. It is possible to do it "by regions" but it is not very simple since Blizzard doesn't offer an easy way to do it. You must check if the X/Y of the camera is within the region you want the fog for.
