Increasing nuke blast area

I'm trying to get a nuclear missle to have an increased blast area. I added the spec nuke to the ghost academy and I'm trying to increase its damage and area of effect. I figured out how to increase the damage but no such luke with the area of effect.

On a side note where is the shadow ops in the editor?

Increase the radius of the enum effect which runs the damage effects on units.
