Arm Nuke Silo Ghost Academy Help

I am making a sort of Bloodline Champions style hero arena. One of the heros is a Ghost Scholar.

The Ghost Scholar is a specialist hero. He has Snipe, Cloaking and his ultimate is a Tactical Nuke. Don't worry - it won't be under or overpowered. His gimmick is that he has to arm himself with nukes by channelling for a while, like the ladder Ghost Academy. I've tried giving him the Ghost Academy Arm Silo ability, but it doesn't show up on the Ghost.
EDIT - I MIGHT have solved this problem. I need further testing.
EDIT2 - New problems have arisen.
1. A message comes up with the whole 'Calldown' Blah Blah Blah - how can I disable the calldown messages for all epic abilities like the nuke?

2. How do I make the nuke have a smaller area and damage?

3. How do I make the Arm Nuke Silo have a lower casting time (so he can load his Nuke in, say, 7 seconds?)

Look. Everything is there. Look around, i can't help you right now. I also suggest making a counter for the next nuke. Like a 0 LoS Ghost Academy with no model. Nuke on autocast. (You can make it autocast).

The Calldown must be a flag. Not sure bout that. Look around.
Look around for Radious, etc.
It's on the ability. Tis really easy to change it. I think there's a Train Nuke unit you can change build time.

you should look at the odin unit. it doesn't even require a nuke. it just has a cool down.
