Import overwrites res, can I keep both?

Hi and sorry if this has been asked before.

How can you keep an original unit model texture when importing a new texture that will overwrite it. I'd like to use both in the same map.

Thanks for any replies.
 
1. download http://www.hiveworkshop.com/forums/tools-560/war3-model-editor-62876/
2. export the model file using the downloaded program
3. rename the texture you are going to import (with this program again)
4. import the renamed texture to your exported model file and adjust the materials/textures (...)
5. import texture and model file
that's it
