Import Help!!!

there are several models that shares the SAME skin.. =\
any1 kno wat i should do?
incase u have no clue wat i'm asking, here is an example:
Model A need
xxx
xxx
xxx
Green1.blp
xx

Model B need
xxx
Green1.blp
xx xx
xx
so there is a ... problem here
and when i import them
i can only change one of their directory
cuz u can't have 2 file with the same directory.. =(

Well if the textures are the same you should only have to import one of them. I made two models that uses the same texture and I only need one texture for both to work.
