and in search entry put
http://www.wc3sear.ch/index.php?p=Maps&sid=
press search
click on Show Google's cache of www.wc3sear.ch/index.php
words "Google's cache" are the hyperlink

this will show the archive, and allow you to move around (must use cache to view pages, use copy link location and paste in google's search to move around, even the map description page if you need it.)

Or change the browser's encoding to UTF8 then click Forums and go back to maps

tools->options->general->languages->character encoding (at bottom, you may have to scroll threw a lot to find it)
