Hey I've been thinking and maybe we could do like this; I complete the terrain of Kalimdor and then you fix triggers, units, players, and everything that will be in Kalimdor. Then I terrain Eastern Kingdoms and you fix units, triggers etc for Eastern Kingdoms. Because terraining this map is hard work, since I have to make it look like WoW and that's not as easy as you might think it is. And the work you're going to do wont be easy either, so instead of me doing all the terrain now and leaving you with lots of work we can do like this instead. Then I'll have a break while you do yours and you'll have a break when I start terraining.
This way everyone will be active and it will also be easier for me to change things, I'm quite sure that some things I'll have to change for you might decide that you want a boss place over there and a tower over there or something like that. And then when we're ~100% complete with Kalimdor we'll move on to the next continent and do the same thing.

Great, I'll start working with Mulgore now, oh and could you make a Mulgore tree? Like the ones in WoW with not too many leaves and rather tall.

EDIT: We got a problem... If Northrend will be in the map there will be almost no space for it. Kalimdor is too big. And if I would resize Kalimdor it would be too small :( I can hardly fit in Eastern Kingdoms and then there will be almost no space between kalimdor and eastern kingdoms.

Ya I know but it takes up too much space but still if I make it smaller some areas would be ridiculously small.
So right now it's too big yes, for the map. But it's big enough for the continent if you know what I mean. Resizing it would make some areas extremely small.
But I got another idea; I can (with some hard work) move the entire continent down so there will be space for northrend and eastern kingdoms. But are there any southern regions of kalimdor and eastern kingdoms that don't have much to do with tha game? Cause then I can save alot of space if they're removed and only the middle and northern parts are shown.

Suggestion: it would be cool if there were floating texts that at each region that shows who's controlling the area. For example Player 1 RED controls Durotar: Floating red text: Durotar and when it's not captured it's white.

the problem with the floating text is, with pretty much all of the floating texts i know, you can see it from anywhere... it would be an issue if you could know who has what without even being there

How strong the heroes exactly? I recall you saying the battles being large-scaled and the heroes being a powerful war-machine in comparison, but I suggest making heroes either very strong damage-wise but weak armor/hp wise, or the other way around, to make it so although they change the tide of battle they require following units to come with them or they will be useless.

If you need islands, maybe you can borrow the map I made for the PRS tournament and remove the gold mines and hostile nagas (so proud of myself) because I was instructed by The_Weird_Human to make the map.

Oh, and maybe I may as well help with other maps such as northrend-ish maps and such. I might be able to trigger a little... like changing units from passive to make it your units in the region.

Another great idea might be some kind of items that is used as spells (Example: Thorn of the Ancients damage enemies with 200 mile radius).
