Idea for next Voice acting contest

Sound effects are fine...

You can still have talent and use effects, and if used properly effects greatly enhance the acting.

No effects is like saying "Play Beethoven's 5th before an audience, without being in an amphitheatre, because it is cheating to have anything that enhances the music, and ruins talent."

What about a voice acting contest, that is for a specific even in wc3 history.

The fall of Lordaeron, Stratholme, Silvermoon, the landing at Kalimdor, etc.

What I'm saying is pulling sounds off the internet and adding them to your voice isn't exactly... well it's not cool for one. Making them would be fine though.
