Total:

A good spell which is leakless and MUI. But the triggering could be made more effective. The periodic trigger you got in your spell could be deactivated during there's no unit which got the Ice Buff. Else the triggering seems to be ok. The idea is not the newest and the use of visual effects could be also abit better. The documentation is ok, same with the tooltip. All in all you did a good job, I just can recommend to use this spell if you are searching GUI spells like this.

It be having dem bugs.

When i casted it, one of the shards didn't get removed.

No, when I quickly casted this spell 20x repeatedly using "thedudeabides" cheat, It lags even after I wait for 1 minute, and when quit, I must wait around 30 seconds... well, maybe it does only if I use the cheat...

had a look through the triggers... but i cant seem to find any damage part besides phoniex fire (dummy unit)?
also if u look closely the the effects dont get destoried, talking about the frost nova after the big ice dies, it will leave tiny frost nova on the ground where it landed

i wont rate it for now, but it will be a 5/5 if u work further on it
