I don't seem to be able to add a effect to the ability: Item Move Speed Bonus (changed to unit ability) or add a buff to it?

I want to attach endurence aura to the caster orgin.

While there are some fields, not all abilities necessarily use them. So they may not work at all.
Best bet is to add and remove the effect via triggers.

Just use a custom endurance aura buff and abil. It stacks with the default, if the buff is custom.

OP: the effect in this case is not showed by using it in the Graphic-mage
you can fix this by giving the ability target-itself, and adding the effect to the targets on origin
