We all know HQ resources filtering is rotten as hell. As example:
Top 20 resources is only based on total monthly download

So here is my suggestions:
- Director's Cut (already there)

=> 6/5 resources only​

- Recommended (already there)

=> 4/5 or above resources only​

- Most downloaded

=> most downloaded resources in a month​

- Top rated

=> best rated resources in a month, both moderator and user rating will be counted.​

- Highly recommended

=> Just like "Top rated" but it's not limited by time, I just feel sorry for those godly resources that are kinda buried by less-good resources and people don't know where to find them.​

Suggestion:
Recommended
=> 4/5 or above resource only
=> More than X Rate
(If no only one Rate, it will only stick at that >:O

I suggest there be multiple filters for dateline (most downloaded/rated for today, highest quality of all time, etc.)
