How to use new lightning effects?

Hello,
I want to use this lightning-model: http://www.hiveworkshop.com/forums/skins-552/rope-blp-219928/?prev=search=rope&d=list&r=20
the problem is I can't make it work...
Here is what it looked like ingame:

Then I changed it and now I see nothing...
Here is the Exel table:

Does anyone know how to do it?
I worked with this tutorial but I can't see my mistake... in editor I did all right...
I put the name of the rope Textures\Rope.blp and the slk = LightningData.slk

When this happens, it mostly means that the *.blp was not found.
Make sure that the imported *.blp file has same path as the one specified in the *.slk file.
E.g. if my rope.blp has path set up in .slk to "Textures", then in import manager the rope.blp file has to have Textures\rope.blp path.

Also make sure you actually import the *.slk file.
The path for the *.slk should be "Splats\LightningData.slk"
