UITle editing Help

Hi there!
I want to edeit a UITile like this: http://www.hiveworkshop.com/forums/skins-552/humanuitile01-blp-184651/?prev=search%3Dblood%2520elf%26d%3Dlist%26r%3D20 But i do not know where to start... Can someone tell me how to edit those things?

I don't know exactly how to put them back in but I can tell you how to edit them.

Use this tool to convert it to a .tga: http://www.wc3c.net/showthread.php?t=83092
Click open, image, then save, image, pick *.blp and click ok.
Then you edit with photoshop or paint.net.
Hope that helped a bit.
