How to Skinning?

I know what's skinning but does we only edit those skin with paint/photoshop/etc. or there's a special application which able us to make skin faster... Just that for now

It all depends on your artistic talent, it can let you make Illidan into a steaming turd, or a glowing angel.

I think hardly anybody bothers to look in the requests forum, there is like, an unlikely chance your request will be answered, but I might help with any skins you request, I've kind of picked up the skill of skinning.
