3dsmax and skin

If i make a model with 3dsmax when i import it the skin is automaticaly delete, now if i export it he will not have skin in the game, how can i link a skin to an edited model plz, (i don't know how paint and transform it in skin with 3dsmax .. noob i know ...plz help) ?

Mdl checking no ... i mean by automatically delete : when i import model (mdx) into 3dsmax with the importer script the script bug and the model comes without skin... if i select "don't import skin" no bug but my model don't have skin...

You mean it just shows the polygons without skin? Of course it is. Model file doesn't contain skin file packed on it. It just contains a path which is pointing to the skin that used by that model. So when use it on your map, you must import both .mdx file and the skin file (.blp).
