How to make units follow other units

I have a problem here...

Well I ordered the unit that has to follow a unit but it walks along slowly and walks as if I've got the unit selected and I'm clicking in front of it 4 times.

Help please?

Well, the follow order does order the unit to follow the other unit in its movement speed, so yeah that's supposed to happen.

Tell it to patrol to the unit.
