How to get omega set ?

So after various playthroughs i gave up on the omega set.

I have found Omega orb 6, omega gloves, and omega bracelet. Can't find omega weapon and another unknown piece.

I have seen someone talk about it on forums but never find the actual locations. Any hints, please ?

Oh damn thanks, didn't notice the list was updated ( i checked some time ago and didn't see the full omega thing ).

May i ask how did you find BM in ch9-10 ? i roamed a couple nights out of the stores but didn't meet him :\
