How to download from another site?

A lot of websites won't let you view or download attachments unless you register on their forums.

I did but I still can't see the button it might be locked it was a cool model too

Try via turning off adblock maybe gets blocked along the ads, idk.

You have to register, yes. If you cannot find a download link try to see whether other resources have one and if you still cannot see any maybe contact their staff.
It might be adblock or your browser.

Some sites, though a rarely sight, do not allow download until you established yourself, having posted a certain number of posts.
