How to create a Trigger of Dota 2 Silencer's Stolen Intelligence?

"Silencer will permanently steal 2 (4 with Talent) intelligence from any enemy hero that dies within 925 range or is killed by the Silencer."

I've been trying to create similar ability that give bonus attributes to a killing hero but, only if the hero themselves kills the enemy hero. Any ideas?

roughly like this. i dont have warcraft anymore soo...

event: unit dies
condition: dying unit is heroes
action:
if
killing unit type is x and
unit range between kill and killed <925
then
modify attributes substract (dying unit)
modify attribute add (killing unit)

actually you can put all if on condition, or put all condition into if

Correct me if I'm wrong, instead of create condition of Killing unit does it will be more effective to just create a condition of unit range between kill and killed?
