Its been months for me.

Beta does not mean free game. It means test game if you are incredibly lucky. People buy these keys for 125 dollars on ebay and stuff.

I've had my account on http://www.battle.net/ since about the day (or two) after it came out, and I got my key about a week or so ago.

I've been opted-in since you could.
