How does the Market Place Work?

Please leave information! I want to use it to sell super rare items!

I believe to make marketplace work you need to give the building Sell Items and Sell Units as well as Slect Hero and Shop Purchase Item.

But how do i Choose what items it sells?

When editing your Marketplace, there will be a field near the bottom that says Items Sold.

Ever noticed that it is blank?

I want to set it so that the items appear and disappear like the real ladder game

Use
Neutral Building - Add ___ of Experience to ___ with ___ in stock and a max stock of ___
to add items, and
Neutral Building - Remove Tome of Experience from (Triggering unit)
To remove them.

Will that automatically add and remove those items every now and then? How does it work in a normal ladder game, I don't see triggers for it :O

Nobody plays melee, huh? Marketplaces sell dropped items. For example if you kill a creep and it drops Slippers of Agility, the Slippers of Agility will also be avaible at the Marketplace.

so what your saying is that if a item creates at a playable map area, it would be in the market? first i though you have to sell the item to the market then they start selling it lol.

I can tell you a bunch of maps where they appear. Twilight Ruins, Silverpine Forest (which is a map currently available in the ladder), Echo Isles (same for Silverpine), and a few others.

hmm do market places run out of stock? like if thers 1 boots of speed left and you buy it then does the market place not sell it anymore? cause that would be really helpful.

dont mess with the marketplace use the goblin merchant just put the items you wanna sell in the sold field ...then you can edit the model,name and icon to marketplace if you want ....but i think that most of all shops in all custom maps are based on the goblin merchant ....i never used the marketplace

I think that marketplace cycles items at certain time intervals.
