i cant update warcraft 3 to 1.30 i have 1.21

You need the original game and it will update by itself after you register the CD-Keys.

A disk, like many pc games have.

If you previously installed cracked version, you need to manually enter your cd-keys otherwise game won't ask you to enter cd-keys %ProgramData%\Blizzard Entertainment\Warcraft III here you need to edit roc.w3k and tft w3k files with notepad.

You need original CD-Keys. Doesn't matter where you get the game files from as long as they properly install.
