how Do i make More than 1 team allies?

Hi lets say i got 4 teams

Humans
Orcs
Dwarves
Elves

They are four different teams with 3 players each
I want to make the humans dwarves and elves all one team How do i do this Ive tried before but they end up waring eachother and i set all the markers with a tick for ally? Is there a way to automatically make them ally?
